This review is coming from a mom who has pumped and breastfeed for the past 3 years using manual pumps medela doubling electric pumps AND in comparison to the my Willow 3.0 wireless pump. This pump is absoultely amazing! If this was a spill proof pump it would be the BEST pump on the market. I wish I would have purchased this pump 3 years ago instead of the willow. I was afraid the suction wouldn't be strong enough but boy was I WRONG! Willow direct pump into bags allowing the spill proof option is the only feature that top this pump.. Otherwise Elvie double electric pump is the best pump out there! The suction is perfect! It's soft and mimics baby's suction to the T. You can totally make the suction much stronger too. Willow 3.0 will tear your nipples off even on the lowest suction settings and nipple butter. It came with 2 different flange size 21mm and 24mm.. I love it came already assembled and it came with 2 charging cables 2 pump storage bags and a another pump setup for the next pumping sessions. The app is cool I can control the pump directly from my phone. The pump is very quite. I get great output with it. I was able to get 13oz within 15mins of pumping just on one size. The correct flange size definitely matters I noticed with pumping with 24mm it took longer 30+mins and I didn't get nearly as much 4oz max. The app tracks the output in real time for you. It connects via Bluetooth. It does have connections issues at times amd that's only when you don't connect the pumps in the controls when start a pump session. You don't have to do that you can pump without connecting and it will still track the last sessions. Its hit or miss this way if your bluetooth is not connected. Lastly you can change the oz to ml in the settings. The output calculation is off slightly during pump sessions but for most part pretty accurate once you click end the session. Just make sure your pump software is updated. I can get about 3 pump sessions in each pump Before having to charge it again. The little bottles fills up with milk quick so you will have to empty bottle quite often during pumping sessions if you are an over supplier or have hard let downs. Only 3 negatives I have to say about this pump is that the pump storage bags way to small and thin it don't actually protect the pump from damage. Maybe protect it from collecting dust thats about it. Lol next the software updates for the pumps in the app fails often. For one of my pump it takes about 5 to 10mins to complete the up date. The good thing is it does not interfere with you pumping at all you can still operate the pump and app and it track the session you have option to quit the update. Lastly when you finish pumping and you want to end the session the end session button often fails to end the session. If you empty the full 5oz bottle within a pumping session and then continue pumping the output calculation restarts at 0 instead of continuing counting to 6oz and so on. But when you completely end the session or turn off pump it will give you the total collected milk output then. Overall great pump!

So far I like it. Sometimes I can’t get it to line up on my nipple quite that well and it takes a few times of lining it up. They are easy to use & hands free, just a little bulky. The parts are easy to take apart and clean, but there are a bunch of tiny parts. Hopefully it’ll get easier and faster, so I can use this when I go back to work.

I did research for a hands free pump for over a week before landing on the Elvie pump. I own a Medela Sonata from my last pregnancy and wanted something to make life easier once I go back to work. I love how simple it is to put it into a nursing bra and go on with my day. It’s not totally silent but if there’s any background noise whatsoever, you will not be able to hear the pump working; it’s a very low suction sound. The only con I’ve noticed is it does not empty me as well as my Medela pump, but with time I hope to find my niche with the setting. I absolutely love this pump!
