We stumbled across the this fact when we were staying at a friends' who has the stokke tripp trapp and we used it during our stay with them and noticed the difference with her feeds. “The chair came in a flat pack, as is the norm. After putting it together, the chair wobbles regardless of the surface it was on. We took it to different rooms, on tile and on carpet, it still wobbled. We spent a lot of time trying to make the wobbling go away, tightening and loosening the screws, followed the instructions to a T and followed the advice on the Stokke page. We now realise from more online reviews that it is a common issue. We wished we knew this earlier. For a product at a premium price point and supposed to be the top of the range, we expected it to be easy and better. We would have bought the Mocka equivalent or another cheaper plastic chair, if we knew we will spend so much time trying to make it safe for baby to sit on. It’s currently left in a corner and not been used after days of trying to troubleshoot to stabilise it, while I’m holding my baby with one arm and feeding her with another arm. Just disappointing.”
