“The chair came in a flat pack, as is the norm. After putting it together, the chair wobbles regardless of the surface it was on. We took it to different rooms, on tile and on carpet, it still wobbled. We spent a lot of time trying to make the wobbling go away, tightening and loosening the screws, followed the instructions to a T and followed the advice on the Stokke page. We now realise from more online reviews that it is a common issue. We wished we knew this earlier. For a product at a premium price point and supposed to be the top of the range, we expected it to be easy and better. We would have bought the Mocka equivalent or another cheaper plastic chair, if we knew we will spend so much time trying to make it safe for baby to sit on. It’s currently left in a corner and not been used after days of trying to troubleshoot to stabilise it, while I’m holding my baby with one arm and feeding her with another arm. Just disappointing.”
“The chair looks good and is sturdy but do not buy the baby capsule as the legs holes are too small and the straps are incredibly difficult to get on/off/adjust.”
“Finally bit the bullet and upgraded to these for our 8month old twins. They are worth the money. Easy to clean, super sturdy and the girls love them. Posture is so much better and I feel like their skill development for their eating has improved since they started using these.
Baby Village had a great promotion with free cushion with bundle purchase. Only issue was one chair was delivered in incorrect colour but that was well handled by the BV team to organise replacement and collection of incorrectly delivered chair. Wish we had just purchased these from the start.”
