I have severe scoliosis and have major lower back muscle spasms and pain as well as sciatica and don't have much movement in my hips from my spinal fusion but these shorts have really worked. I wear them at night to bed and wake up with way less pain and I have more movement also! 10/10 highly recommend! I will be ordering more!

At 65 love these for hips as doing harder, isolated hip weight exercises & they help with recovery.

I am a longtime BOT customer with a major bone to pick with BOT re: its SIZING for women... ...specifically, the Women's Boxer Shorts. I suspect strongly that BOT used Barbie dolls for obtaining their measurements for this garment - e.g., a plastic model with an inhuman hip-to-waist ratio. I say this because I am petite - 112 lb, 5'2" - and the waistband of the LARGE (the LARGE!!!) Women's Boxers SQUISHES MY INSIDES to the point of discomfort. I also bought the Women's Boxers in sizes MEDIUM and SMALL...which was a big, expensive mistake. The existing reviews for the product warned "runs small!"... which is the understatement of the century. They don't "run small" as much as they "are hungry boa constrictor with an attiude"-tight around the waist and legs. Altogether: I will NOT be buying any more of these, ever. ...at least until such time as BOT acknowledges that not all women (i) have figures like Barbie, (ii) enjoy having their abdominal aortas compressed... ...and adjust the measurements for their undergarments accordingly.
