“this offers very nice lower back support. I go to CrossFit several days a week, and ride my horse at least 5-6 days a week. I really like the extra support, this fabric feels like a nice supportive hug! I am typically a medium or size 8, based on the size chart, I bought the large and am glad I did, I think the medium woul dhave been too tight.”
