“The Back on Track poll cover stands up to all of BOT's high quality and standards. It feels so cushiony and soft. I had high hopes that my horse would respond well, as he does to all other BOT products. Unfortunately, this one seemed to feel distressing to him. This is likely due to his own sensitivies and unique preferences - all horses are different. I am going to hang onto the poll cover and try it on some other horses (pending owner's permission of course). Someone is going to love it and get the full benefits. It is an excellent piece of support!”

Hi Kristen, Some animals that carry a lot of stress might have a reaction like your horse did. That is why we suggest and introductory period so that the wear can get use to the effect.
