“Back on Track has great customer service. While I don’t recommend this for people with hair below their ears, when I let them know that it had twice attached to my hair, they comped the expense for it without asking. The best of these cooling towels the smaller one IMO and I love it.”

“My border collie doesn’t take the heat very well..so I order the cool bandanna…and haven’t used the cool coat (haven’t received it yet) and it really works..”

“i was very skeptical .. i have many cool coats and neck wraps.. I was really surprised how much cooler my always runs hot dog was with just the bandana and later with the cool coat. Going to buy another bandana or two as well.”
