“The skydive itself was fun! Using the Backpacker Deals service was not. After spending days with the customer service I'm putting my experience here hoping this doesn't happen to other customers. Backpacker Deals claims to give you the best offer. This is not the case. I've bought a for the 18000ft and got charged 384.75 USD on my visa. I got no idea why I had to pay in dollars. But that was the case. On the day itself that the operator itself asks 595NZD for the same ticket. That means that the Backpacker Deal service did not add anything to the experience. But thr did overcharged me for 30 USD. So don't use the Backpacker Deals service. It doesn't add anything to your experience. It possibly could cost just the same, which means the operator gets less. Or charge you more”

“16,000ft sky dive was the most courageous thing I could ever do. I purchased the ultimate camera footage and it did not disappoint, the graphics were amazing and a perfect day to film up in the clouds. My jump staff team I was with were Aaron and the camera man, James. They were very professional and I could fully rely on them with the jump and 360 spins in the air honestly a memory worth treasuring”
