“Really annoyed....I booked this for my partner for a birthday celebration for a 10am experience. As we got there the lady at the establishment was extremely rude and said they were closed. We informed her we booked online for 10am. She rudly snapped at us "we don't take online bookings". I replied well, you do because be booked on backpackers for 10am and we have paid. Again she snapped again and said we don't open until 4. I rang backpackers and spoke to Lisa She was absolutely amazing, helpful and so apologetic. They had changed there details without letting backapapers know I feel the experience was overated and the edge experience was disappointing...the glass needs to be cleaned as it's not so clear and see through as the pictures. You can't take pictures while in there. Worst $70 I have ever spent And I can't get it back”

“Booking was for Friday. As there was sudden bad weather, the view at the top was foggy and delayed by about 45 minutes. Therefore we decided to come back the next day as we weren't sure if it would clear. Went on sat and oh boy! Parking is a nightmare cos you have no where to park other than the car park provided which you have to pay for just to see this building and then you have to wait for to experience the edge of there are many people. This was about a 11/2 wait! Oh and if you get a backpacker deal purchase you have to email it to them and there's a whole saga about that. The edge experience is only about 5-7mins which is pretty much nothing too extreme for the money you pay. The view at the top is definitely beautiful at the skydeck, but it was too expensive for what you get. Doors close at 9.30 pm too so be sure to get on before then. They were kind enough to let us in as we had booked for the night before and couldn't find parking but other than that...Disappointing...”
