What a wonderful tour! After our journey, we discussed which part we liked best & both agreed it was ‘Hugh’! He was knowledgeable, responsive, open, humerous and a ball of fun. In particular, Hugh was very attentive to the safety & needs of his passengers. He answered all of our questions & made sure we all had a wonderful time. Thanks Hugh! Oh, and the tour was great too! So much packed into just 2.5 hours. It was fantastic!

I had a great time with the Pennicott Team! Sam is a great guide, he will tell you anything about the history (old and new) of Hobart. I learned a lot and because of him, we saw lots of wildlife (even 3 eagles, which was awesome). And he made sure that everyone was seeing everything/was safe and having a good time. Great pictures, even though the weather wasn't perfect. Thank you for this great tour! Definitely recommend it :)

f I could give this 6 stars, I would. Easily the highlight of our Tasmania trip. Sam was a great tour guide and skipper. He was very energetic and polite, ensuring everyones comfort, safety and enjoyment on the boat. Sites were incredible and the view was even better. Boat was clean and toilets provided. 11/10, would recommend.

We booked this after reading the amazing reviews and we’re so glad we did. Highly recommend this tour. I Our captain Lee was fantastic, full of local knowledge and very experienced with the boat. He got us into little nooks and crannies including the mouth of a cave. Perfect way to see the Hobart coastline, taking in water views, local wildlife (cue Nigel the seal) and interesting information about the local geography and history.

A fabulous trip and great way to see Hobart, the coastal suburbs and some islands from the water. Sam was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and considerate to all his pax. I was concerned the boat might have been too bumpy and fast for my recently ill husband but he was very comfortable the whole time. It was easy to move around the boat and take photos from all sides. We saw more sea life than I’d expected. We did a morning trip and were pleased we did. The wind was very strong later in the day. Take the pic of Mount Wellington if it’s clear on your way out. We lost it to cloud upon our return.

Highly recommend. Great fun on a sunny afternoon. Our tour guide, Timothy, made it a joy as he pointed out seals, birds, coastline features and cultural tidbits. He encouraged everyone to move about the ship to enjoy better views and take pictures.
