“we started our day by flying a beautiful little plane over the Great Barrier Reef. it was magic. a nice moment, then take a boat to end our day. during the tour we made a place where we could not swim. we have trouble understanding, English is not our mother tongue, we understood something that is causing a big problem. The communication problem arose on both sides because no one explained the day's plan to us. When we finally got back to the boat, the boatman shouted at us as if we were five years old. It ruined the whole day. we were talking in a low voice but he was not. Honestly, paying $ 800 for a bad day is not worth it. if he had a little skill, perhaps he could speak softly..”
