“I was very disappointed with this experience. Been waiting a long time for this day, as most of the people that join the tour, but honestly, it felt like the company only cared about money. They DO NOT cancel even the weather conditions are awful. It was rainy, windy and cold out in the ocean, even though we left a sunny Cairns. They never let us know how rough it was gonna be, otherwise I would have cancelled cause it was impossible to snorkel. They also let us know in the middle of the day that the helicopter was gonna be cancelled but that they could not do anything about it, that we had to talk to the company we booked the tickets with. Food was awful, the staff was OK but not as friendly as in other tours. All the cruise was feeling sick and vomiting around. It was the worst experience I had in Australia overall. Felt like I was wasting my money. Im sure in a good weather would have been nicer, but just cause you get to see the amazing Barrier Reef, not because these people make a good effort.”

“Thanks to all the crew members who ensured we had a great time despite the not-so-great weather conditions. We had a helicopter ride booking that was cancelled because of the weather, however the refund process was pretty simple. I highly recommend this tour for everyone planning to visit the Great Barrier Reef from Cairns.”

“We did everything this deal has to offer. And when I say everything I mean everything! It was amazing! I'm a certified diver so I opted for the dive, snorkling and get high package. Once on the boat I got an option to book a second ($30) and even third dive ($20). So basically my day was a bit like this : dive 1, snorkel, lunch, helicopterflight, dive 2, trip back with a glass of wine and some cheese and crackers. The views from the helicopter are to die for, my partner even spotted 3 seaturtles on his flight. He was also lucky enough to spot 1 seaturtle while snorkling. Most definitely would recommend this tour!”
