When purchasing our tickets we were informed that we were having two cocktails and two mocktails per person, but once we were in there, we were informed by the bar staff that we were only to have one. Very disappointing and overpriced for one cocktail.”

“I enquired about costs online before booking. The person assisting me told me that we only need to book and pay for the adults in our group. We did so, but when we got there, found the truth to be not so. We were “fortunate" that the next session wasn’t booked out and could hang round for half an hour - not my favourite thing to do in jeans on a hot day!
Also, the kids weren’t free as I was told, but $20 per child between 5 and 15, this $100 more than what we bargained for. This is why I enquired before booking.

By 20+ mins it was getting way too cold-fingers start to go reallhy numb even with gloves on -so had to leave a tad bit early. Overall fun experience-would recommend”
“We thought this would be fun to have with our 4 year & 6 year kids but then we stayed less than 20 minutes before it got too cold, even ice bar provided us the warm clothes & boots too. The room is small and the youth ends very quickly.”
