“I booked a full day of diving and diving for two people two months before coming to Cairns. A few days earlier I received an email informing me that the trip had been canceled due to 'unforeseen circumstances'.”

Sailing means that it takes longer to reach the rock and back (more than two hours to each). The catamaran is also not very comfortable (no back rest or folding in the seats) and if you are sitting for 4+ hours that is wrong.
We have seen tortoises and fish and clear water.
I know the provider can't predict the weather - but I'd like to be told when we booked a day (2 days ago) that it was a very high tide and very strong / windy. If I had known I would have chosen another day.
Although a skier with a skiing and swimming skills, my husband found some waves and returned to the boat early. The crew of the trip also returned to the boat at the original site before taking snorkelling because it was so dirty.”
