One of the best backpacker tours I've ever done. Swam at heaps of waterfalls at both Litchfield then Kakadu. Plenty of great scenery from the hikes. You're tired by the end of each day but it's worth it. We had Chris who was a great guide, made sure everyone was having a great time, was very knowledgeable about the parks, wildlife, aboriginal connections to the land and was basically the best guide I've ever had and I've done plenty of these types of backpacker tours all over the world. Make sure you bring sunscreen, mosquito repellent (you'll be covered in them at Yellow River if you don't put it on), as well as at night at the campsite. Make sure you bring a torch, or you'll be stepping on all kinds of amphibians and small reptiles at Mary River. Bring a waterproof camera there's plenty of great shots at the swimming holes and under waterfalls and stuff. But have a backup camera, mine captured some great shots then started fogging up. Everyone starts out as strangers, from all over the world, but you quickly bond and it's like everyone's been friends for years after the first day.

Adam was awesome, he worked super hard to make sure everyone was happy, he would cook, drive, tell a good story... anything that you need! the best guide you would like for your trip. The tour was good, nice explanations and pretty spots for a swim (very demanded when we went as it was very hot, easter 2018). We were expecting a bit more of being in the middle of nowhere at night time but still, it was good. We were so lucky we had a great group so our experience was positive and fun.

Even though some parts of the parks were closed due to heavy rain, the tour was just great! I really enjoyed the time with the two very helpful and informed guides! Thank you for this amazing experience!

We started in the litchfield day 1 and went back to pick up more people next day. So we lost a lot of time! We didnt see the tolmer falls in litchfield. There was no crocodile or kangoroo bbq as in description! The tourguide was good. Had lot of knowlegde. But you cannot describe every day and then change the full program just to pick up more people, sorry but i would not do it again!

we had a very poor experience in term of exploration( 3 periods of swimming in waterfall) and above all of the very minimum conditions of travelling in a leaking roof bus during heavy rain. We spent 60% of the time more than wet . This does not concern the good-willling of our guide who made all his efforts to take care of us but the bus was coming from the prehistoric times .
