“Alba is an absolute asset to Cruise Whitsundays. Our Reefworld ‘Reef Sleep’ experience was elevated by Alba’s amazing attention to detail, her exceptional customer service delivery, and her kind, welcoming attitude. Alba came to check-in, making sure we were satisfied with our experience on pontoon, asking if we needed anything. We were blown away by her enthusiasm, care, consideration, and the pride she takes in her work. She honestly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our bed, offering refreshments and engaging in conversation. Our entire tour group left in awe and speaking so highly of Alba and the crew including Alison and James, as well as Jessie, Bec, and Ricki on route and upon arrival for our experience. The food was exquisite, the snorkelling was an amazing adventure, and the reef sleep was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Cannot recommend any more highly!”

“Amazing to ‘camp’ on the barrier reef. Seeing sunrise and sunset over the ocean was magical. Food and drink was superb. Definitely worth the extra as the day trip looked chaotic and far too brief with too many people. When they left there were just 8 of us on the pontoon, free to eat, drink, snorkel or sunbathe whenever we wanted. All equipment provided too.”
