“Thank you for the stay. While not the top of the range we found or room to be clean and tidy and purposeful for our needs; warm and toasty in June, cooler time of year. Landlord very helpful with info about local attractions with directions.”

“Same price at the entrance. Need ten min for the woman at the ticket office to find our booking.... A group of 50 people. 2 min on a boat. Not a lot of glowworms. Not our best experience.”

“Unorganised/ pushed through too quick. Hard to hear as the group in front and behind were also being talked to. Lady who made us wait behind rope before tour started.. needs another job (older lady) (not nice) Only thing superb was the tour guide. BRILLIant albeit time frame too quick rush rush rush. Drove 2 hours for "what" And I don't believe some of the glow worms were actually real. A bit of modern technology I think. Plus we were told you had been operating for 120 years.. then why do you need this review for a young company. Would not recommend this tour to anyone sorry”

“Great experience, we unfortunately got lost getting there and missed our reserved time but the team managed to get us into the very next tour which was great! We appreciated using Backpacker deals for the discount, great company and i would recommend them to anyone!”
