“what i dont get, was that the primary bust that leaves the terminal only at 9.06am, the primary bus arrives at the terminal around 7am. if they started the ride earlier, say 8am, i could have jumped because the weather was much calm earlier within the day (i received the location around 10am). perhaps the company can cater for transfer from the terminal at a small cost for those who wish to take their jump earlier than 10am.”
“I came back at 11 and checked in with James who was rude and no help in the least with giving me a estimate of how long I had to attend . So I sat down and waited and waited. I didn‚Äôt get to jump until 3:10! 5hours after I was scheduled to jump! The weather was perfect and there shouldn‚Äôt of been that long of a wait. The jump itself was amazing and my jump instructor Tony was great and friendly!”

“A group of friends and that i booked a skydive with this company, we arrived on the day spent a couple of hours there and it had been later cancelled thanks to weather. I am totally fine with this as i'd preferably be safe than sorry and that they can not help inclemency . Being a group, It took as at least a month for us to find another time slot where everyone was available as we all work different days. We waited another few weeks to leap after booking and a few of days before, i got a text that the jump was moved. I called to find out(not sure why they dont text the new time) and was told that my original booking of 10:30am had been moved to 4:00pm, thats not even close. I was angry but i just went with the flow and called everyone to reschedule for 4:00pm.”

“Skydiving experience was good but company policy aren't so friendly or favourable. Make sure you get everything In written as they are trying to charge you for every small amount which is not good after paying such a big amount”
