Milford Sound Coach | Cruise | Coach From Queenstown With Lunch Reviews

4.7 Rating 120 Reviews
Not sure what the other boat operators are like, but this was really a fun cruise. The captain was funny, knowledgeable and prides himself in getting closer to waterfalls than anyone else. This means that if you want you can stand on deck and have water splashed on you. Great to watch!!

One of the great things to do in NZ, definitely... Jucy was very well organized with its schedule. collected us at the time we had arranged and everything was very well taken of.

We drove up to Milford Sound at 11 am (from Te Anau) so that we could easyly take the morning cruise. The drive up is already an thrill as we were treated to breath-taking sights of valleys, snow caps, fountains, and we even drove through a mountain! It was very cold (remember to bring along warm clothing and even a raincoat) and because of the rain, the fiord was misty and we felt as if we were exploring in an other-worldly part of Milford Sound. We were very lucky to see penguins and dolphins.

Such a amazing day - the bus with the glass roof was asmzing for viewing the scenery. Nathan was a lovelly driver tour guide - he looked after us so well. best day wouldn't change a thing. If you want to experience the waterfall on the boat trip I'd suggested bringing a change of clothes!

This trip was soo good. The knowledgeable bus driver stopped many times along the way for us to capture amazing pictures of waterfalls, lakes, lupins and Kea birds. The scenery on the drive was outstanding.

Jucy was cheaper than the other five or so companies which looked like they do the same boat...the first sailing was cheaper and provided a simple breakfast snack along with coffee…wonderful scenery and the crew did a great job

We boarded the sunrise bus from queens town and then the two hour cruise. Go for the early option - the sunrise is amazing and it's not so busy at the harbor. Our driver Wayne was so good - really interesting guy with lots of experience in the Milford area. Saw dozen of kea birds and had a couple of short stops on the way home. Get the front row seat option is possible, well worth the tiny bit extra you pay.
