“I have booked via Backpackers page, easy process, with no issue got the booking confirmation. Cruise was beautiful, however because of tides, our cruise was halved and the boat went only down the river (instead of 2 hours ticket we got only 1 hour). Then emailed Backpackers and they refunded partially with no questions asked.”
