“Experience was completely ruined by the tour guide. During the rafting he proceeded to yell at my friend and myself for 'talking'. Where words were only being said to express our nervousness, very different to engaging in conversation. In attempt to lift the mood which he had made very uncomfortable, he told an inappropriate sexual joke. Overall terrible experience, tour guide needs to be re trained in customer etiquette. Worst customer service ever experience by myself and friend.”
