Tour was about the right length, really engaging, and the people made it feel personal. Definitely worth doing if you’re in Rotorua.

Didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did, super interesting and the food cooked in the ground was amazing. Loved learning about the traditions.

Honestly, for the price, it’s a solid few hours. You get a guided tour, cultural show, and access to walk around after. Not performative. Just proud people sharing their home.

Really glad I did this. Our guide was from the village and shared personal stories, not just facts. Super down-to-earth experience.

Went alone and felt welcomed right away. Our guide shared simple stories about cooking with steam vents and the pōhutu geyser erupting, it felt personal, not scripted. Loved the raw earth smells.

We had a very enthusiastic guide who showed us around the Maori Village. There was even some tasty corn included. Informative and entertaining! Would recommend
