“Our shuttle was canceled day before because of 'bad weather forecast'. I rather do decision about my jurney myself, because bad weather is not exist, just bad clothed people exist.
We was on other trail in Tongariro and weather was qukte good. Not sunny day, but we seen all we want (including Mount Ruapehu, Mount Ngauruhue was in cloud). They ruined our plan and dream to walk Tongariro Alpine Crossing and it seen more like laziness than customer care.”

“The shuttle was on time in the morning and the afternoon. The driver was very friendly, gave us a map which was soo helpful to know that we make it back in time to the shuttle and explained us all the important information.
The hike was amazing!!! One of the best things I did so far on the North Island and a must-do in New Zealand! Absolutely recommended!!”
