“Started with the live chat with Sandra, then a phone call. Our Skyrail & Kuranda Scenic Train was booked. It was so nice to talk to a real person here in Australia. When I called back to upgrade to Gold Class for the Kuranda Scenic Train, Sandra again was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I have been in frontline customer service for over forty years and this experience ranks as one of the best. I have no hesitation in recommending Backpacker deals.”
