“They were to pick me up at my hotel at 7:40 in the morning on Monday. When they didn't show up, I called them to find that they had canceled my trip the day before but didn't bother to call me. No apology was offered. They just said that they emailed my travel agent (in the US, on a Sunday) and figured that was good enough. Rude.”

“We booked a helicopter ride and snorkeling tour of the reef through our hotel. We were told that we'd have the helicopter to ourselves, but we had to share it with others. The manager said we should not have booked the tour through the hotel, so it's our fault. We were spoken to condescendingly and it seems like the company doesn't care about its guests. The pilot was great. But once we got to the boat where we suited up to snorkel, we didn't realize that you are swimming in 70 feet of dark water just to swim over to the reef, where it is 8 feet deep or so. My wife and son were petrified to swim in the deep, dark water loaded with large fish (not pretty fish, but the way). Anyway, the experience was pretty bad. Book someone else. The manager is disaster and the assistant manager is a punk.”
