“Fabulous adventure! Nathan was enthusiastic and on time for our pick up. We were able to view the set up of the balloon and the journey by Duncan our pilot was great! Really enjoyed John's banter afterwards and the champagne/snacks did not feel rushed. Must do! Thanks Outback Ballooning for letting me tick this one off my bucket list!”

“The flight didn't go ahead due to wind - completely understandable, that's just a thing that may happen with a hot air balloon. Backpackers deals sent me a form to fill out to get a refund but since I have heard nothing and haven't been sent a refund so not overly impressed with that.”

“This was a thrill of a lifetime for both Of us, from the blowing up of the balloon, heating up the air inside, stepping on board with careful assistance when needed, to the ascending with our professional pilot as the the sun began to rise revealing majestic views all around us. Our pilot covered most of the scenery which was great for us as uninitiated Kiwis. Great crew all round, especially John, who of of the two ground crew really enjoyed making us laugh ... plus a breakfast treat!”
