Awesome service - it won't help I have booked a trip with this company and due to the Covid-19 outbreak in Brisbane and the NSW government tourism advice to advise NSW residents to avoid everything but the required trip to QLD we had to cancel our flights to Brisbane so we can't get to Noosa on our first trip to Fraser Island April. Our flights to Brisbane coincided with the closing time so we decided, according to NSW government advice, not to board our plane. I have contacted this company for cancellation as we can no longer access this service as we follow government advice. "At the moment we are not giving you a refund at all. Until the announcement is made by the Qld government on Wednesday, we are working on the assumption that our journey will begin." After that we have travel companies asking why the tourism industry is suffering so much right now. It's really easy; tourism companies are struggling as people are afraid to book anything as companies like these make it difficult to get a refund. If tourism companies made all of this easier people would be more confident with booking. We all want to go through the Covid era, but dishonest companies like these will take your money AND refuse to reimburse you even if you do the right thing and listen to government advice to try and stop the spread of the covid virus. My advice is that people should not risk booking with this company because they will make it harder to get a refund.

I went on this trip with my friends without knowing much, but in the end it was a amazing experience and we had a 3 day trip to Fraser Island and I really felt we had explored the whole island, will go back again! Our director Wayne was an expert on the island, he managed to drive 4WD and a laughing trunk. Wayne’s cooking was also delicious and he was very generous to give us a second day lunch (something that can be provided by a trip). We were also taught to play the diggeridoo by a couple in charge of the Dili district. While I was not a camp by nature, the setting we had seemed to be very nice on the island with hot showers and toilets. We saw dino and guana around the camp and saw a carpet sticker near our tent overnight - a full-fledged camp!

An adventure full of excitement at a great price. The island was beautiful, with beautiful scenery, beautiful wildlife and amazing rides on 4wd sand tracks. Our guide Wayne was extremely hardworking, was a 4 different wheel driver and an experienced Praser Island fan. Nothing was too much trouble and his experience showed his flexible approach to ensuring that the trip was organized in a flexible manner with the best time and time spent each if there were places to be included. It was magical, and even though it was aggressive and ready for the old army, it was a fun joke that shook the tracks. Wayne always traveled the extra mile to entertain and provide plenty of food for the camp. I recommend that you bring your own snack but Wayne stops each day so people can find their favorite snacks and treats. He also arranged for us to have lunch at his own expense one day so that we could spend more time in one of the offshore. Wayne was a perfect asset that made it very memorable outside the camp that seemed to need to be repaired and repaired after neglected after the covid and fires. The island itself is beautiful, it was painful to see what a wildfire has done to it but this did not affect the journey. Lake McKenzie is a wonderful place with lakes of champagne and Eli creek. On our way up the coast we saw stingrays, dolphins and sharks outside on the clear blue sea. This trip is a pleasure not for those who prefer luxury and away from nature. We saw dingoes every day, wedge failed eagles and tawny frog beaks. The beauty of nature was brilliant. Thank you for the memories that will last a lifetime. I would highly recommend visiting Fraser to anyone and especially Sunrovers.

We have planned a 3 Day Camping 4WD Tour with Sunrover for my community group of 28 people. Sunrover staff watched us from start to finish with transportation and accommodation, had a great knowledge of the Island and cared for everyone's food needs to provide information. After taking us around all the fun spots each day, they cooked us a big party, made a card show, and even took us to the beach to look at the stars at night. Their camping site at Dilli Village Campsite was clean, tidy and simple, and everyone enjoyed their two-night stay at the camp, a nice bath and running water and a flush toilet. Tea Tree Lake near the camp was an added bonus. It was nice to see that Lake McKenzie, Lake Wobby, and Eli Creek were not affected by the 2020 fire. Thanks to Sunrover for taking care of us, we all have a great time :)
