“Because of the heavy rain yesterday, part of the cruise was canceled and we were all told that we would be reimbursed $ 80pp for that. After dealing with Viator (we booked) with the company, we were reimbursed only $ 64pp - not the $ 80pp we were originally told and this may have been a significant reduction in travel. Part of the jet boat on this voyage was unorganized in our opinion as we were not informed. We were not told what was happening at the time. It was a good trip but a few things related to miscommunication stopped you a bit.”
