“I was ready to be canceled because of the weather. I was not ready to be canceled when there was a bright, cloudless sky. I had another day I could get a reorganization but I didn't get any contact from the company. And they did not return my money. Luckily I had booked a Trip Advisor so Viator withdrew the money. However, I am disappointed that I missed Milford Sound. Next time I'll book with someone more trustworthy.”
“An experience worth a single cent .we were lucky with the weather - light winds, no cloud. The pilots are great, the return flights are much better than the amazing sound of Milford. Breathing mountains, emerald lakes and the central countryside. We felt blessed. But initially they had booked a bus trip canceled due to road cleaning. Return your guide within three days and set up one of our reservations. It's not sad. literally exploded”
