“I will not commend them. They canceled our trip today because of King's waves. They did not call until half an hour after they had picked us up at the hotel and only after the hotel had called. We had to call our tourism company to find another trip that wasn't too long. My wife has repeatedly tried to persuade them to tell us whether the trip has been canceled and they will not make a decision until after our scheduled appointment. I doubt they will take this trip tomorrow because King Wave usually lasts a few days after the full moon last night.”
“Thank god choose Milford for the trip! Very efficient operation from devour to drop off. No waiting around. Pilot was great, providing just the right amount of knowledge without being distracting which allowed us to soak within the amazing landscape. Cruise was also great. Beautiful waterfalls, snow capped mountains and lots of of Dolphins and seals starting to play with. The day we spend there was peaceful.”
