“I’d been saving up for this one and it didn’t disappoint. The gear they give you makes it feel super safe and stable, even if you’ve never done anything like this before. Honestly, I’d do it again just for the flight alone. Highly recommend if you want something totally different from the usual hikes.”

“Honestly, this was one of the most surreal things I’ve ever done. We hiked for a couple hours with a great guide who explained everything really clearly and safely. It’s expensive, but for something this unique, I’d say totally worth it.”

“This can only be described as an amazing experience. It helped that the weather was perfect, but also that Fox Glacier Guiding were well organised, from check-in to finish. All the staff were very professional, safety conscious and thorough. The experience was seamlessly organised. And a big shout out to our guide Tao who was amazing and incredibly patient. He made our experience even better”

“I’ll never forget walking on Fox Glacier—it’s like nothing else. The helicopter ride was a rush, with stunning views of the glacier and the surrounding mountains. Once we landed, it felt like stepping into another world, with caves, arches, and ridges carved by time and ice. The guides were absolute legends, making sure we were safe while letting us soak in the magic of it all. Booking was easy, and the whole thing felt like a once-in-a-lifetime kind of experience. If you’re on the fence, just go for it.”

“Exploring Fox Glacier by helicopter and on foot was simply amazing. The views from above were breathtaking, and the hike itself was both exciting and educational.
