“I feel cheated. I showed the vocher at the checkin as per the instruction on the email. I was told there are no cash backs given. The jouney was only 1 hour 40 not 2 hours as advertised and there was no complentary coffee/tea as advertised. I won't be using backpacker deals again and won t be recommending it to anyone. Deceptive advertising!”
