“a must do when visiting nz for us was getting up on a glacier. mount cook is so well known so this tour was a no brainer for us. we got lucky with the weather so had a well organised and great time. once in a lifetime for sure”

“Operator cancelled at the 11th hour and i have to be the one to contact backpacker for a refund. And required to fill in forms etc. Spoiled my holiday and now its a pain to try to get my money back”
