“We took the Gold class train to Kuranda and were surprised to be transported to Cairns by bus. This was not clear to us by the tourism agent and we thought we would go up and down the train. I was dissatisfied not because of the location but because of the promise of local food and wine samples that served in the Gold Class cart.”

“A great way to walk up a hill, by train. And there is a lot to do in Kuranda itself: lovely gift shops, Restaurants, a butterfly depot, shopping malls, many chances for taking pictures over there.”

“The highlight of the trip was skyride & rainforest surrounded at Kuranda. The staff were supportive & cooperative and everything was well - standardized. We don't get much time to explore but a great package.”

“Riding a train is a wonderful experience and a lot of fun. While it is worth visiting a koala park... The gondola sky is a great sight and a pleasant experience. At all times a good time should not be missed.”
