“I contacted them the day before asking if I could change my time from 7am to 8am, she said unfortunately not which was fine. When I got there at 7am I went to the wrong carpark (I didn’t feel there was enough communication about which carpark!) so ended up missing the 7am but they didn’t care at all and I just got on the 8am bus. The actual service bus ride was good though, and the walk was fabulous.”
