“What a beautiful little aquarium! I was amazed at how quiet this place was, usually in the watery areas you try to swim in and out with a lot of other tourists. This has been a better way without crowds. I spent a good 2 hours wandering around slowly taking time to read, take pictures and be seen by all the fish and other species. you deserve that experience.”

“The aquarium was absolutely magnificent, the landscape of the rain forest and the animals, and the deep sea depicting many sharks and one shark lay eggs, fish, stingrays, sea snakes, moray eels, crayfish and many other species of fish, turtles. We spend two and a half looking at everything. They had informative presentations at various exhibitions that were very interesting”

“We took our family here, everyone loved it! It was an amazing experience. In a sense, we are better off than one of our foreign reef trips. You can see most of the marine objects here and remove the sea sickness”

“We visited many aquariums on our trip from Cairns to Brisbane and this was the easiest. There was a list of setups to look at and a variety of fish to see. The gift shop had so many options, from snow globes to wall art with options to send home an art when you walk into it. I would highly recommend this attraction if you are looking for something to do at Cairns- just be warned that time is running out there and you can easily spend 2 hours walking around.”

“The aquarium is beautiful. many shows and tanks. It was a little smaller than most of the aquariums we visited in other parts of the country. Many workers regularly clean and dry the premises. We were there for dinner at the big tank. Good for the family, but less expensive”
