“For the first time in the river, I went down to the scuba registration desk to get information, and as I asked if I would get my first license, a member of the ASIAN staff started laughing at me, I felt very stupid so I didn't sign up for diving day and left. It has been a very bad thing and ruined the trip. I think he should have been punished for that behavior or maybe he would have looked for another job because obviously he should not have worked in a guest house.”

“I have never had a good experience with Reef magic today. Actually my 12 year old and I are not swimming or swimming poor and we wanted to do Helmet diving but we were told that getting into Snuba would be the best way and we would have to take it. My son was very uncomfortable and scared. We asked the girl to change into a helmet. He was aggressive and refused to turn us into a fighter with a helmet and did not return our money. I am very disappointed. You will never do magic with Reef again.”

“This was a very disappointing day. We saw whales early, including the tail. The boat did not stay afloat but continued to see more whales elsewhere. It was like that all day. We sailed for about two hours. No communication from the captain or others. Most of us were asleep but we were all frustrated, especially as the boat had moved away from the other whales early on. I will not recommend or use this company again. We will try another whale watching trip but not with Reef Magic.”

“We had a great time with these guys. The staff are friendly and helpful and comforting to those who are nervous among you, ensuring that you get the best out of your day. 5 hours on a pontoon your time is yours to participate in activities or relax in the sun. While in the water the fish are very soft and will swim towards you. All of this is worth the time and money”

“I had a great day, but I thought that when I bought my ticket I would be white for a snorkel tour directed that it would be amazing. I was not. The trip was good, but it was a journey to avoid obstacles, so if I wanted more I would have to pay more. I didn't like the way. Different people trying to sell different tours a day. If I had known this I would have chosen this trip! I liked 2 marine biologists, where they are really good.”

“The floating paint was packed but we managed to get out of the submarine and glass boat a few times without much line. The food was not so bad and well organized I thought. Not many toilets on board but many masks, googles, suits wets etc. What I found to be unrelated to this trip but to the people ..... I couldn't believe how rude or rude people were after being told what places to swim in or any fish not to be touched as they all fell on deaf ears so I feel sorry for the staff to always look at this. The staff I thought did a good job considering the number of people they have to deal with on a daily basis.”

“I loved this trip because if you don't want to be wet you don't have it but you can still see the crown my husband doesn't like to swim so he sat and got cold while I went on a snorkeling tour witch way it's really nice that the woman making this trip it was just a small group of 4 witches were right The open and small bottom boats were so beautiful that we could see different coral reefs and different kinds of fish just for snorkeling and also the staff were talking and explaining the reef as we saw it The photographer was very nice and got some amazing pictures one by Wally There were also more trips ulu down the witch was ready for me as i had never done a snorkeling or snorkeling Everything on the big family day just got really quick”
