“Embarking on the Great Ocean Road Reverse Itinerary Tour was an absolute delight, made exceptional by our outstanding guide, Jimmy Chen. From the outset, Jimmy’s professionalism and warm demeanour set the tone for a memorable day. His in-depth knowledge of the region’s history and natural wonders enriched our journey, turning each stop into an engaging story. Jimmy’s meticulous planning ensured we avoided the usual crowds, allowing us to fully soak in the breathtaking landscapes, including the Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge. One of the highlights was a hidden gem Jimmy took us to – a peaceful forest trail surrounded by lush greenery and fresh, eucalyptus-scented air. It was the perfect off-the-beaten-track experience to recharge and reconnect with nature. We were also incredibly lucky to spot wild koalas and kangaroos along the way – such a uniquely Aussie moment that made the trip even more special! Travelling in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan, Jimmy’s safe driving and thoughtful touches, like chilled bottled water, made the journey smooth and enjoyable. His attention to detail and genuine care for each guest’s experience truly stood out. If you’re considering this tour, I couldn’t recommend it more – especially with Jimmy leading the way. “Otherwise a nice trip, but it felt rushed throughout the day. One of the most important things in customer service is that even if you are in a hurry, you shouldn't make that known to the customer. Calm demeanor from the guide would really make the difference. Also the guide just mostly talked about how much things cost way back when and how much more expensive everything is now, would rather hear stories/facts/history of the places visited. Great views. Spotted koalas, parrots and kangaroos and stopped to see them all. The guide was also nice to suggest taking photos of you at some of the spots.”
