Went with my boyfriend and we both loved it. It felt like a good mix of adventure and downtime. Would definitely recommend if you want a trip that feels a little wild but still easy to do.

The 4WDs were way more fun to drive than I expected. A little bumpy at times but that’s part of the experience.

Camping was a bit rough but totally worth it for the daytime adventures.

Bit of a rough sleep in the tents but that’s part of it. Fraser Island itself is mind-blowing, so many beautiful stops packed into a few days.

If you like road trips and don’t mind a bit of dust and sand, this is incredible.

Lake McKenzie is reason enough to go. That water... just wow. Our guide was laid-back but knew loads about the island’s history and nature, which made it more than just sightseeing. Bring mozzie spray and something warm for night, but honestly, I’d do this tour again tomorrow.

Was a bit nervous about the whole “tag-along” thing at first, not sure I’d mesh with people. Turns out, it’s great, you actually end up driving parts of the track yourself, Not a luxury trip, but for two nights it was more than enough.

This was awesome. Beach, lakes, laughs, campfires. No fuss, just nature doing its thing. Took turns driving, and now I’m kinda hooked on sand tracks!!
