You'll get what you paid for! We were supposed to leave at 8am, they postponed to 9.30am we finally left at 12pm! On board the 2 member of the crew were doing their best while the captain was yelling at everyone including us! They say if you want learn a bit of sailing skills you can... And you will! Even if you don't want to! The truth is that with only 3 crew members on board they need at least 4 or 5 more persons to set up the sails... So if no one wants to help, the boat can't go anywhere! I have no idea how they do if everyone want to chill. The excuse was "you choose to be on a sailing boat"... Well, it's not because I'd like to sail that I want to do the job on the boat when I paid to relax and certainly not having someone yelling orders at me! We were treated as we were kids and like dummies... However the nature and the ocean were astonishing! We've saw a lot of whales and calves! The Snorkelling was so so, we haven't been up to the great barrier reef, we stayed around Whitheaven beach because we couldn't have done anything else the first day because of the 4h delay... Whitheaven beach is a gem! But all others tours get explanation and comment about how this place was formed... Not us. I had to listen the crew of another group to know a bit about this amazing place. The best part is probably the big discount from 450 to 300, because it doesn't worth to pay 450. For this price I recommend to go with another boat. Everyone I told that Iwas going on tour on the Matador in Airlie Beach told me that was usual with this boat so I was not surprised... Just disappointed. The company seems OK, just choose another boat.

Crew were hard working and so friendly! Food was delicious, nutritious, well prepared, different every day and more than enough for eveyone! Floor needs a little mop from the hair laying around and more slip grippers for the safety but overall I've thoroughly enjoyed the trip! Thank you :-)

The 2 Day Whitehaven Beach & Whitsundays Snorkel & Sail on Matador trip exceeded all expectations. The crew was fantastic, ensuring our safety and sharing their knowledge of the area. Sailing on the Matador was a delight, with smooth navigation and a sense of freedom on the amazing waters of the whitsundays. Whitehaven Beach was a highlight, with its unbelievable white sand and surroundings. Snorkeling in the Whitsundays was unforgettable, exploring coral reefs and swimming with colorful marine life. The onboard meals were delicious, and the camaraderie with other passengers and the crew was enjoyable. The only drawback was the limited time at each destination. Overall, this trip provided a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and natural beauty. Highly recommended for an unforgettable sailing experience in the Whitsundays!

Fabulous staff and crew, the sailor/skipper was very knowledgeable and compassionate towards the attendees. Highly recommend him. Cool locations seen, snorkelled once and camped in sleeping bags one night which was unique. Spent most time sailing on boat from location to location. Wish we could have snorkelled more but got to see a lot on the boat. Could use another blanket on the boat too as it was cold at night.
