“A great experience for the holidays. Very informative & entertaining with Margie & Captain Lee. Loved all the kids each being able to drive when on the water & receive a certificate for their fun experience. Time given for parents to take photos as we are still cruising & sightseeing. Quite a lot packed into an hour, value for money, so worth it!”

“We had a great time on our one hour tour on the amphibian Aqua Duck. We booked our tickets at the office at Cavill the day before our tour. Our tour guides Lee and Hannah were amazing. Lee entertained us with “duck” jokes while Hannah gave us the local info including how much some of the waterfront properties we passed on our tour transacted for. Lee even pointed out Jackie Chan’s waterfront holiday home. The kids on the tour had the opportunity to pilot the boat and receive a certificate. Overall, it was a fun way to explore Gold Coast.”

“This was a relatively cheap experience that the whole family can enjoy. The views were great and the commentary was interesting and entertaining. The section where children can drive was the highlight. A different way to spend an hour while down the coast. I couldn't fault a single part of the service.”

“Nice break from all the beach and nightlife stuff. I was traveling solo and hopped on last minute—super easy and low-key. Got to see some fancy waterfront houses and the skyline without needing to plan anything. Wouldn’t do it twice, but for a quick and different way to see the area, it’s worth the ticket.”

“Went with a couple of mates and we actually had more fun than we thought. Definitely geared more toward families, but it didn’t feel awkward for us being a group of adults in our 20s. We joked it was the most “wholesome” part of our trip. Chill views, smooth ride, and it’s just something a bit quirky to do.”

“If you’ve got a free afternoon and wanna chill without doing a full-on tour, this is perfect. The duck part is more fun than it looks, and seeing the city and water in one go saves time. I wouldn’t call it “epic” or anything, but it’s a unique little Gold Coast experience that’s worth doing once.”

“Booked this on a whim and glad I did. It’s not an adrenaline rush or anything, but it’s a cool way to see the Gold Coast, especially if you’re new in town. Kinda touristy but in a good way. The drive-to-boat thing was smooth and the river section was relaxing. Nice mix of sights without having to walk everywhere.”
