“Was over booked so I couldn’t actually attend. Instead did Solway lass whitsunday tour and was really good! Great snorkel spots and choice we would be the only group there. Lots of fun and engaging history on the island and good food.”

“We (party of 3 adults) got text message at 07.23 when we were already at meeting point (due to meet at 07.30)!!! We called the number and Bryony answered phone but was not on site to meet and explain (just told us that skipper had migraine) or offer to resolve situation. There were 10 people booked on this trip and 7 of us were treated the same way. We had all checked out of our hotel and were left with no trip, no accommodation and no apology! Neither were any other Explore Whitsundays reps. any way helpful or sympathetic. Absolutely no customer service skills!! We felt that because we had booked through Backpackers that our booking was somehow inferior. We went on a day trip the next day with different company and had a fantastic time.”

“Honestly I had a blast. I would recommend doing this trip to anyone. The staff was great/amazing, very welcoming and knowledgeable and outgoing! The group we had was also great. Everyone was from different places and got along together. It was an experience not to forget.”
