“Had a wonderful past few days exploring the great ocean road! Met lovely people on my tour and had a guide that knew all the great spots to stop for sightseeing and forest walks. Was nice having an organized tour that was well planned and jam packed but also had leisure time.”

“Communication was very poor by the tour guide from the very start. Emails sent re pick up times most found confusing, he was a man who had to be right however so people were wasting their breath trying to explain it to him. Many participants also found the guide repeatedly rude, I certainly found him very difficult to communicate with and unpleasant. The agenda is drip feed, he is curt if you ask for clarification. That said we visited some beautiful places, the accommodation is very clean and it is a beautiful part of the world.”
