“My family went on a 2D2N trip with Summer Jo and absolutely loved it! The crew was fantastic, very welcoming, helpful, energetic, and cared about each and every single person on board. The skipper Turtle was always around for a good laugh. The food on board was delicious and always prepared on time. There were lots of opportunities to scuba dive / snorkel so there was something for everyone! Huge thanks to the crew for a memorable trip!”

“My friend and I recently went on a 2D2N trip with Summer Jo, and it was absolutely fantastic! The crew was outstanding—welcoming, energetic, and genuinely attentive to everyone on board. Charlotte was especially amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The food on board, prepared by the chef, was not only delicious but also served on time, which we really appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, making it easy to relax after a full day of activities. There were plenty of opportunities to scuba dive and snorkel, ensuring that everyone had something to enjoy. I enjoyed the snorkelling which was included in the price we saw a range of fish, lemon shark, sting rays and a turtle. Wifi is available for an extra fee or can go off grid and enjoy the vibe. Huge thanks to the entire crew for making this such a memorable experience—we’ll definitely be back! Our room mates were lovely too. 10/10”

“The experience provided by the captains and crew of Summer Jo were beyond amazing! The whole team did an amazing job of catering the trip to divers and snorkelers of all different experience levels. The boat itself was spacious and comfortable and felt like home for the days we were lucky enough to be onboard. On top of a great crew and comfortable spaces, the food was top notch and more than plentiful. Can’t recommend this trip enough!!”

“My friend and I had the best time aboard Summer Jo! The boat was beautiful, modern and clean. There was plenty of room to socialise in the lounge and sunbathe on the deck, where you could also sleep in hammocks or on beanbags if you wanted! A big thanks to the amazing staff for really making the trip great: Turtle the skipper was hilarious, Adam the chef for cooking amazing food, Lu and Andrea for being the best dive instructors I've ever had (very helpful and caring), Callum for his maritime knowledge, and also thank you to Victor. :)”

“Captain Dan and his friendly crew made this a very special trip. Cruise director Baylee gave us an itinerary that had us in the best places at the best times, snorkelling in amazing coral, diving in the best spots and being first to Whitehaven beach for the best photos! Dan was a wise and patient instructor for my first dive (11m) and on the Great Barrier Reef! Food was fresh and delicious and the ac in the comfy room a blessing! The summer Jo is a great vessel to experience the sea in hammocks, bean bags and sun beds. Thank you to Dan, Baylee, Victor, Adam and Vic for giving us an experience we will always remember fondly”

“AMAZING!! what a trip of a lifetime. The entire crew were amazing. It was well planned and executed. Food was great and always seconds available. I ended up sleeping on deck under the stars. The cabins were clean and well kept. Air conditioning worked well. Dan the man was my diving instructor for all 4 dives and he was so calm and most of all patient with me. Thank you Dan!! I’m off to get certified because of my experience with you. Thanks you Captain Paul for navigating us around safely and thank you Victor, Lou, Grace and Becks for putting up with us. I will not forget you. Always in my heart. The spots they took us to were first class and happy we’ve not completely destroyed the Reef. Well done”

“Epic trip! Great fun exploring the (outer) Great Barrier Reef with Dan and his awesome crew. We had a blast! Amazing time with lovely people on and off the boat. Fantastic diving (fully equipped for diving and super flexible in deciding upon dives incl. night dives), snorkeling, swimming etc. - just fun! Even though taking up to 30 guests, it felt still very private and was super comfy. We recommend Summer Jo 100%!”

“Summer Jo was an absolutely amazing experience! The crew is lovely. Equal parts professional and fun! They care about each passenger and make sure you’re having a good time for the duration of your trip! The snorkelling spots were great and the boat itself was wonderful The food was yummy and there was so much food everyday you won’t go hungry haha. Can’t say anything bad about the trip! was a “splurge” for me but so worth the money!! Plus going to whitehaven beach can’t be beat! Big thanks to the crew; Turtle, Victor, Lou, Kurt & Grace!!! will miss you all ❤️”
