Vivid Sydney Festival Of Light Tall Ship Dinner Cruise Reviews

5 Rating 23 Reviews
This was a super chill way to take in Vivid. We had a bit of a late start to the evening, so hopping on the cruise let us see a bunch without rushing around. Honestly just nice to sit back and let the city go by. The colors reflecting on the water made everything feel a bit surreal.

Loved the views, but it did get a bit cold once the sun went down, so bring a jacket! Sitting out on the top deck was the highlight—Sydney just looks incredible during Vivid. There was a calm, kinda magical feel being out on the water away from the crowds. Totally worth it.

No big crowds, no noise—just space to sit and take it all in. Felt like the city was performing just for us.

Turns out sitting down while the whole city lights up around you is pretty damn magical. 10/10 for lazy sightseeing.

No crowds, no stress—just this smooth ride with the whole city glowing around you. Seeing the bridge light up from underneath was wild. And watching all the buildings shimmer in sync across the skyline... unreal. You just don’t get that perspective from the streets.

The lights looked completely different from the water—bigger, more vivid (no pun intended). The city felt almost still from out there, like we’d hit pause and were just watching it breathe in colour.
