“We chose this because we wanted mountains and something a little different from the usual tourist routes. The long drives gave us time to actually take it all in instead of rushing. Ladakh felt quiet and powerful, especially at sunrise. It’s not a relaxing holiday, but it’s deeply memorable. I’m really glad we went for it.”
