“To Manager Thank you for arranging the booking for 3 of us. The journey this morning was very choppy, many people felt sea-sick. It wasn’t a pleasant journey the captain did mention that. For your information, the last booking for V. Cracknell is my father in law, just turns 90th not long ago. We comes from Adelaide, the trip was a birthday gift for him. This last minute booking was something extra special for him to see the reef for the first time in his life. He was looking forward for glass bottom boat tour, unfortunately he can’t snorkel due to his previous ears operation and age. At this morning checked in the girl told us that the glass bottom boat tour has been canceled due to maintenance, no apologies. Of course, this is quite a disappointing news for him and us. Did you know the glass bottom boat maintenance issue? Should you let your customers know prior to booking. What can you do next? I look forward hearing from you soon. “We enjoyed our cruise a lot, the crew do a great job of hosting and the pontoon facility is also a good spot with a lot of different activities if you want a bit more than snorkelling. A very good lunch also provided, a well rounded tour.”

“Was really nice in the middle of the barrier reef. Lots to do. Lunch buffet was also really good. If the crew advices you to take a pill for motion sickness, take one cause you'll definitely need it even though you think you won't!”
