“We were really excited to go on this tour it sounded great. Unfortunately the day we booked the company decided it would not go ahead - we had no communication of this and were still excited for our trip. The morning of the tour we rung up the tour company because we thought it was odd that one of our emails when we booked had changed to pending. Spent the morning woken up very early and excited for the day ahead to then chasing them up and being told it was never going ahead. All in all, very disappointing and unprofessional. We are still waiting for our refund two weeks later.”
