“Our Mt Buller trip was cancelled last Sunday due to van was broken. It was cancelled and we needed to go back home. I understand that its for our safety but I’m still disappointed and frustrated because we were not given an option like van replacement for us to enjoy that day because we even filed Annual Leave for this day just to be cancelled. Its was like a dead end. No options aside to request refund. And now even the refund is just so imcomplete. I booked for 4x people for full refund request but they are only refunding partial amount. I dont think I will be booking for this company again. Its a fail.”
