“We had an amazing time on the Cape Tribulation tour! Our guide, Pete, was super knowledgeable and kept us entertained throughout the day. The highlight for us was the Daintree River cruise—spotting a croc in the wild was a hoot! Lunch at the Cape Tribulation Beach House was delicious, and the beach itself is just stunning. The tour was well-organized, and we felt we got great value for money. Highly recommend!”

“Today we had the absolute joy of being taken through the Daintree rainforest by Carlos. He was a fantastic tour guide, who has so much local knowledge and stories he generously shared with us. It was a very long day but absolutely worth it! Highly recommend to aby travellers coming to Cairns who'd like to experience the beauty of this special place.”

“We highly recommend booking a trip with Active Tropics Explorer. Booking our online day trip to Mossman Gorge, Daintree River, and Cape Tribulation was easy and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Our pick-up from Palm Cove went smoothly, and our guide/driver, Riley, was fantastic. “We did the full day Cape Tribulation tour and would highly recommend. The tour was very well organised. Damien was our tour guide, he had great energy and his commentary was exceptional. We loved the welcome to country at Mossman and the swim in the gorge was beautiful. We saw plenty of crocodiles on the boat ride. Our boat guide Bruce was very knowledgeable and very funny! Unfortunately due to the damage from the recent cyclones we weren't able to go as far as Cape Tribulation but we did go to Thornton's Beach and that was stunning. Lunch was delicious too.”

“Had an amazing day on the Cape Tribulation day tour and our guide Clinton gave our group lots of interesting information about the places we visited. Given the number of locations included and the time to travel between them, you don't get too much time to explore each area in depth. Overall a great tour and would recommend this to anyone as an introduction into this part of the world!”
